mousso has offered to run live matches then send me replay
this doesn;t really lower my work load, cause ill still need to commentate it. but it will mean matches will be live 'yputube matches', which is what people prefer to replays submission (i cant do them my self, as im over it, and know the BS that goes with it, ...(that mousso will have to deal with now i guess). plus i cant do that for every total war game, and rtw is very dead in my time zone during week (5pm = about 7 people online overall, maybe 2 clan players).
when i ran youtube matches i had polices to prevent people exploiting the system, and trying to manipulate me, which i anticipated.
for example [once games started i uploaded regardless of whether someone rag quit, or even if connection dropped out, all all matches where uploaded.i didnt pick and choose, as this would open me up to manipulation. this is why u got lame battles uploaded and half complete ones uploaded, but the alternative was worse. as many people tried to fake connection drops. and it wold have been black mail and manipulation all the time from peoplel that said, dont upload my loss demmy or ill make your life difficult. exct blah blah blah. so that solved all that for me having rules. prevented them for trying to manipulate what got uploaded.
if mousso runs it he can work out his own system or polcies to keep it running smoothly.. (but i reccomedn he think carefully about it, think bigger picture).
but I' giving u guys a chance to negotiate fair policies now with him, or if anyone objects to mousso running these (his idea btw, not mine) then u have chance to make your point why. if u simply dont like him ' or think his dumb' thats not so good argument, as if he has fair policies, then it wont matter if u dont like him, as the policies will apply to all, and according to u guys u prefer 'youtube matches' to replay submission,. so think carefully before u just dismiss his idea, on the basis of how much or how little u like him. as im not doing live matches personally, certainly not for rtw with games going dead, and people like seananners trying to enter the game just to crash it. did that for a year, uploaded 480 videos.. over it.
so if u have any-thoughts on mousso idea, mention it here. ofc this isnt set in stone, its just his idea but think carefully about if you'ld prefer him to do this then the replay submission. also im not giving my garantee this will work out, as i know how trouble some the manipulative the community is, so it might be mre trouble then mousso anticipated.
