ok i understand a lot of people dont like the votting system, so if anyone can think of a better idea of picking replays let me know; as yet no ones come up with a better way, only criticized the current method.

just dont post more hoszeaters replys;), because all players saw that it almost imposible fairly win poll, because of aragon proxy accounts. Ban hos guys, specially that most of clan people dont want play with them anymore, due they acting (fakes, insulitings, racism, cheatings, trash talking). You need realise that clanies&normal people dont want participate one board with hos, because they troll to much. Look they killed all rome boards like ccc or twcc etc nobody want bee active there. Thats how they act; they crush one site or one clan (many times that was their own clan like pk or taow) and they go to another clan or another site and they are trying to destroy again and again. There are few names which nobody like and nobody respect like aragon or slayer. They have very destructive personalites, due lots of theirs problems in theirs personal lives. Slayer even wrote essays about his own troll skills;) (how he destroyed few rome communites) .

nah dion not only one who complained, mousso said it was flawed too; the idea was once u get 80 it becomes unflawed..lol.. but currently in mean time there gonna be lotta raging, cause i have no way of knowing whos using proxies. and btw it was Spartacus who committed voting fraud not coh. isn't Spartacus in HOS? coh have not used the same Ip to vote on any replay, only spartkus has. i agree the system is democratic which is why i came up with it. but at moment with few voters it has flaws, namely proxy votes are significant. btw didnt u see what spartikus wrote. ild say he was the one "crying" . as he thought it was a "c*nt " of a thing of me to do, to ban him for "testing" if the voting was IP limited; by voting on his own replay. thats what he said he said he was simply "testing it" by creating another account. then placing it on his on replay. with that kind of dishonesty Tisk tisk. but i will keep this current poll going till sat morning. then i re-assess. cause if every player makes 3 proxy accounts them selves, if 30 votes that inflates it to 90. so in a close competition, that rapes the system. which is exactly how desperate people would coordinate it. then it becomes a contest of cooperation on getting as much proxy voting within a clan or band of clans as possible ..lol.. so on logic here, my hands are tied... hiding the votes does make a difference till end of poll. but even then with 3 proxies from each rival player; makes it a problem. not sure 80 people voting would be enough, maybe 2,000 would make it work..lol. rome community not even that big..lol.. so maybe only work on shogun2. this is obviously only a discussion, no decisions been made. would be so much easier just doing a pom, and logging in under fake names; and uploading my own wins huh couple FFAs of me beating, random noobs, where i take sele and they take gaul.. would be pretty efficient for me huh u realize only saint aragon and dion involved in this debate; no one else cares..lol..and my self ofc. so its pretty much like u 2 vs dion; on a discussion based on how much u dislike each other rather then, the technicalities of whether the system is valid or not. btw im not saying proxies were used, i dont know if they were or not, no way of verifying. ps as for voting i think that it could work on shogun and rome2 only. Rome comunity is too small. Demy you should wrote message in every clan site that you will post one or two replys for every clan if they will choose one. That will bee fair and you no need waste yours time for choosing, because clans wil pick theirs best. Of course many players dont save replys like tacitus, but i am 100% sure that rome clans will find good and interesting replys.

mousso wasnt geek raging, he was identifying it as a problem; he wasnt invested in the voting as he submitted no replays, and none of his clan mates had submitted. it was an observation i think.

i can make the poll public i think, with making the board "unregistered user can post".. but the issue is not getting enough to vote, its attracting them to vote or making them aware of it ( unregistered voting would, remove a barrier though), but it wont flood the voting quickly.. thats takes time and promotion.

i realised u can potentially get non rtw players voting too;the ones that no longer play the game, but have moved on to later games; but still understand good replays, so still might be interested in voting. having to donwload the replay is another barrier for them. (and no i cant download them all then upload them as a video for people to view - way to time impractical.) (people have to review them , or read other peoples review. (or vote on clan bias..lol)

perhaps ill keep it running untill more people complain; other then dion.

The current voting system is fine, I don't understand why you lot are getting so worked up about a couple of hundred people seeing your clan losing at a pc game.

Plus I don't think it's a case of people making proxy accounts, it's more like whoever can get the most friends to vote up their replays will win.
