I don't think he double voted, but one is dowmoussolini and the other is moussolini i believe (just check the members list)
even so, you can't have two accounts

i dont know which one he wants to use; ill let him post here, then if he doesnt, ill ban oldest account. as he might have same problem as tacitus.

yh delete the old one demmy, i thought u did it a long time ago. also, u should most likely check all ips on the people and keep a gud track of it, but that will just make sure that 50% of the fakers are caught, the other 50% are obviously using proxies...

its time consuming going through checking Ips manually; better to let people check it when they suspect people, then i ban once they inform me.
