Unnecessarily complicates the game in my opinion.

Simple is better.

If u dont know what UPS are effective and what arent , u end up fielding a rubbish army. Also takes time to build up effective armies. l prefer the format of upgrades they have for Rome, med2 and empire. Avalaible to all players no matter how much time they spend playing.
